On April 12 of this year, a meeting of the Board members and the assets of AJOAH took place with the applicants – co-owners of our house (statement from co-owner Prohorenko Zhanna Ivanivna, room 73, building number 5 on the street of Florencii, No. b/n from March 2019), who expressed their desire to get acquainted with the results (decisions taken) of the general meeting of condominiums that were held on February 23, 2019.
The meeting was in writing invited by Prokhorenko Zhanna Ivanovna (73), Chorna Liliya Vyacheslavivna (31), Semashko Oleksandr V. Dear co-owners!
We inform you that on April 1 of this year, the first court session was held on the decision of the fate of our support facilities, brazenly stolen from all of us.
The painstaking, months-long work of the chairman of the board Savicheva AI, the chairman of the auditing commission Koroyed N.M., the whole board of condominiums, the asset of our house and the involved specialized law specialists preceded the suit.
Separately, we note for a small number of residents who are sensitive to the work of AJOAH, all consumables, equipment that was involved in documentary photo-recording, color printing, use of personal transport and fuel, a lot of personal time for correspondence with government agencies and institutions, filing a claim and other documents who will accompany our business, etc. It was carried out by the persons listed above, at its own expense and time free of charge, without attracting community funds. Payment at the expense of the community was carried out only for specialized lawyers, experts, technical specialists and designers.
