Last week, the steps at our heating point were repaired, and now it’s safe to use the road to ATB!
The organization of work on the elimination of the accident was done by the executive director of AJOAH "Florencii 5" Skidan Oleksandr Fedorovych, the work was done during the working day. From the AJOAH account for work, 700 UAH was spent, which is about 3,57 UAH from each apartment. Materials were used from available, no additional purchases were made.
Some of our residents criticized what was done, for some unevenness of the steps, an uneven seam, about the fact that it was necessary to make the steps thorough and qualitatively. Much of the ordinary passersby expressed gratitude for the good deeds that are being done. The immediate plans of the Board are to carry out work on repairing the steps in one front door, work on waterproofing on the roof and work to ensure the safety of our elevators. On repairing the steps at the parade, taking into account the significant amount of work than repairing the steps at the heat point, implementation options are being worked out, consultations were held with three candidate contractors. The results of the decisions taken by the Board will be published in the next publication.
