Good news!

Last week, the steps at our heating point were repaired, and now it’s safe to use the road to ATB!

The organization of work on the elimination of the accident was done by the executive director of AJOAH "Florencii 5" Skidan Oleksandr Fedorovych, the work was done during the working day. From the AJOAH account for work, 700 UAH was spent, which is about 3,57 UAH from each apartment. Materials were used from available, no additional purchases were made.

Some of our residents criticized what was done, for some unevenness of the steps, an uneven seam, about the fact that it was necessary to make the steps thorough and qualitatively. Much of the ordinary passersby expressed gratitude for the good deeds that are being done. We express our gratitude to the executive director of AJOAH "Florencii 5" Skidan O.F. for the operational organization of the work, for the quality and at the same time saving our money with you, and most importantly   for our safety with you!

The immediate plans of the Board are to carry out work on repairing the steps in one front door, work on waterproofing on the roof and work to ensure the safety of our elevators. On repairing the steps at the parade, taking into account the significant amount of work than repairing the steps at the heat point, implementation options are being worked out, consultations were held with three candidate contractors. The results of the decisions taken by the Board will be published in the next publication.

Additionally, we’ll inform everyone familiar Mr. Eduard, taking into account the need to carry out this year to work to eliminate the deplorable state of the roof, first of all, building 1 of the front door, to carry out work and expenses for elevators, as well as our discipline of paying bills of congresses 50 000 UAH) work on the steps will have to perform with limited funding, that is, only to eliminate accidents. Aesthetics and extension of functionality (building ramps, strengthening the base, etc.) will not have to be dealt with this year.
