It is not the first time that this happens in our house, you come to the entrance and you can’t open common doors, the Intercom Cyfral does not work. Then you discover that another key that belongs to the family works, namely yours – no.
Then they invited a specialist, Cyfral, and he “repaired” non-working keys with new ones, of course, on a paid basis. Such as I was enough, because the specialist was in business for several days. Even then there was a feeling that we were used for additional enrichment of Cyfral or the "specialists" adhered to them. Such a conclusion was suggested because not only the key was out of order, but one third of the residents of the house did it at the same time.
Another important detail, the working keys could be made only in the company Cyfral, and copies that were made in other companies – did not work. Taking advantage of the monopoly position, the Cyfral keys were significantly more expensive than the competition. There was no choice, all residents "changed" non-working keys for workers with Cyfral.
Since then, studied the question, why and how could this happen? The Internet made it clear that we are not alone, the city has undergone a campaign to update the keys to Cyfral, it became clear that this is a scam to make extra profit!
The time has passed, the mentioned story is almost forgotten, and now on Friday, June 21, 2019, voila – my wife's key was broken, and mine works. The Board quickly found out the non-randomness of the failure of the keys in the 2nd parade, somewhere in a third of the residents.
Today there will be a conversation with the specialists of Cyfral, in what way and at whose expense the "broken" keys will be fixed.
Further cooperation with this company will depend on the decision of Cyfral. We are waiting for the right decision.
