Good news, Euro-Reconstruction LLC tonight 07/07/2019 turned on the "hot" water!
The unpleasant thing is that the temperature of the coolant from Euro-Reconstruction LLC does not exceed 46 °C – this does not allow heating the water above 36 °C! However, invoices from Euro-Reconstruction LLC will be issued on the meter, as for the quality of service. Only the owner’s personal appeal to Euro-Reconstruction LLC with a complaint about the poor quality of services can affect the recalculation.
