We draw your attention, as a result of decisions adopted by the general meeting of AJOAH Florencii 5, dated February 23, 2019, as of April 1, 2019, the cost of contributions to the maintenance of our house, accrued for each apartment in the AJOAH payment, was changed.

We ask everyone to pay the condominium accounts in a timely manner and in full in accordance with the accrued amounts in order to avoid arising of debt.
