Dear neighbors!
We inform that starting from April 10, 2019, Euro-Reconstruction LLC supplies its thermal power station to the houses of the Left-Bank microdistrict with hot water in the supply pipe of improper temperature – on average +56 °C (at a rate not lower than 65 °C) and low pressure – 5.0 atmospheres (at a rate not lower than 6.0 atmospheres).
Our heat supply unit can heat up maximum for such violations by Euro-Reconstruction LLC hot water for supplying residents to apartments with a temperature not exceeding +46 °C when leaving the heat supply unit. Underheating of hot water at 10 °C is in fact a theft, because we pay a fixed rate to the meter for a certain quality of service that we do not receive!
