Dear neighbors, we report on the implementation of additional work in our heat point!
The first. From July 15, 2019 to July 23, 2019, on the basis of marketing research conducted by the Board as an elected performer, N. Rychik LLC. work done:
1. Replaced part of the rusty pipe of the hot water circulation system with a new one:

2. Installed a new valve of the heating system, which failed in the heating season 2018-2019:

3. Installed automation on the cold water supply pumps, which will allow:
- According to the optimal rules to switch pumps – one works, the second rests and vice versa. This will increase pump life and save our money;
- In the event of a pump crash, or shutting off the water supply from the city (dry operation), turn off the pumps. As a result, we will keep the pumps from "burning";
- In the future, install an additional option for pumps – to produce the optimally required water pressure, as a result – to increase the service life of the pumps and save energy. Now the pumps give a pressure of almost 10 atmospheres (with the required 6), that is, with a large margin. This option is now not included in the work*, because there are unrealized the most important tasks.

For equipment, materials and work from AJOAH paid UAH 18,271.02 and decorated as modernization of heat point for further participation in government programs to support condominiums.
The second. By the decision of the board, in order to preserve the AJOAH tangible assets in the heat point (according to a conservative estimate, equipment, automation and meters together cost more than UAH 200,000.) Based on marketing research, our heat point is equipped with modern alarm systems for setting up an heat point station.
The installed equipment will allow you to automatically monitor the heat point room around the clock for smoke/fire/flooding and unauthorized entry. The solution is deployed and tested by the Board (without spending additional funds) and put into operation. For the equipment and materials from AJOAH paid UAH 7,953.63.
