Dear residents!
This month there have passed events which we did not cover earlier, but by their example we learn from our own mistakes.
First, in the first parade steps were made, we covered the plans for this event in the article on this link.
It looks like 1 parade now:
Steps shifted smoothly, without cracks. Paid for work performed 5,028 UAH (at the rate of 700 UAH for 8 man-hours plus taxes), used the material, which was available AJOAH.
Almost everything is fine, done beautifully, it seems to be safe and cheap, but the step indicated in the photo has lagged behind almost a week of operation and already requires warranty repairs.
The opinion of the author of the article, which the boards and co-owners of our house may not share, is better to do professionally (as a rule, it will cost more than “Uncle Peter” can do) and have a guaranteed result than the work to be done cheaper than everyone and hope for a happy fate.

Last week, the first parade was again attacked by vandals, in the morning of the night of 07/07/2019 the windows in the front entrance group were broken:
One of the inhabitants of our house saw how 2 youngsters, after the ringing of glass, ran from the first parade to the neighboring courtyard.
Those who have seen and can identify thieves, please contact the Chairman of the Board for appropriate action.
