Since we at the last meeting of the AJOAH were not able to enter the city program of warming our houses and there is a desire for certain co-owners to independently solve the problem of warming their own apartment, we will provide advice:
The board wishes to share its achievements (at one time they worked out how best to carry out insulation without problems) with those who wish to conduct such insulation themselves.
