The Board of the AJOAH "Florencii 5" informs!
At the time of the transfer of the house to the management of our condominium, neither the state enterprise Ukrzhitlosnrvis nor the Guild, in spite of repeated appeals from the Board and residents, did not take any action to restore or replace the expensive equipment lost by the former balance-holder (in particular, stole the home heat meter, fire fighting equipment, water meter and etc.).
State Enterprise "Ukrzhitloservis" refused to transfer the commission of our AJOAH to auxiliary non-residential premises located in the basement of the second section (control room, etc.) without providing any documents confirming the legality of such actions on their part. These facts are reflected by the commission of the AJOAH in the Act of acceptance and transfer for further claim work with the State Enterprise "Ukrzhitloservis" and the GMD.
