The arrangement of our life now depends entirely on ourselves!
Dear neighbors, we recently held a meeting of the AJOAH (review of the event by reference), where we made important decisions, including on the payment of special-purpose contributions for the maintenance of our heat point in working order.
These events took place on time, and thanks to you on our account of the AJOAH for the target expenses, funds were collected which, for the first period, should be sufficient for scheduled and minor emergency works.
Fate did not make us wait, and on December 30, 2017 in our heat point there was an accident of the circulation pump, this led to the flooding of the technical room. Such a picture caught us:
A. Savicheva, Chairman of the Board of AJOAH. all necessary measures were taken - technical services "UkrMontazhServis" were urgently connected to eliminate the accident and restore the normal circulation of hot water and hot water in the heated towel rails.
On the same day, it was possible to resolve all technical issues and eliminate the accident. The new circulation pump is installed and started on December 30, 2017. Holidays are not spoiled!
Let's remind, such pumps in working order should be three - two paired, and one separate. Before the accident, we only had one of the paired, the other two - in the non-operating state.
A short summary of the results of the emergency work:
For many years, almost half of the residents of our house had justified claims to hot water (low temperature), the same problem was fixed on cold towel warmers, letters of complaint were filed with the Housing and Communal Services, they were registered with the dispatch controller, and all this was useless.
Running one normal circulating pump and there are concrete positive shifts. The hot water became much warmer, the heated towel warmer also. Usually this is not enough to restore everything and everything, but gradually we will change our lives for the better!
