Our OSMD was born in the realities of our cruel environment, certain representatives of state structures, SE "Ukrzhitloservis" and even some of us, residents of our house, did not try to help us, but acted on the contrary. We all remember the theft of equipment from our heating center with obvious signs of not interfering in the premises of unauthorized persons, while all the keys to the premises were exclusively in the organization serving us, at that time. How this case was "effectively" dealt with by law enforcement agencies and what came of it ...

Despite the difficulties that we informed you about on our website, we survived, the first two months under the flag of AJOAH "Florencii 5" lived with a plus sign and it's good!

At the same time, there are things that we could not resolve on an honest, fair and legal basis. We are talking about our assets with AJOAH "Florencii 5" – support facilities, SE "Ukrzhitloservis" could not be transferred to the AJOAH! We deliberately did not "disturb" this topic for a while, understanding its sensitivity. We sent letters to the State Enterprise Ukrzhitloservis, made inquiries to state institutions, etc. We were counting on a civilized solution to the issue of transferring these non-residential premises to the AJOAH.To Unfortunately, there are still no documents regarding the legal grounds for the location of SE Ukrzhitloservis in our non-residential premises in the house number 5 on the street of Florencii state enterprise did not submit, we did not receive any replies to our letters.

We state that the State Enterprise "Ukrzhitloservis" is groundless, illegally and free of charge uses our premises, does not pay for cold and hot water, sewerage, heat and payments of AJOAH. Also note that in these rooms, windows and doors are still Soviet "original" and have nothing to do with energy saving, the heat in these rooms is not delayed, on the contrary, our heating system that passes through support facilities and all apartments of our house is dampened!
Guess who pays for these huge expenses? Guess how it is called in the definitions of the Сode?

Now in detail about support facilities in which the state enterprise "Ukrzhitloservis" is illegally located:

1. Premises with an area of about 339,1 m². These meters are heated by our heat point, for our account with you and this is more than 4 998 UAH per month.
2. The cost of cold and hot water is distributed to all apartments in our house in which the corresponding meters are not installed.

From the above, we can conclude that all of us, as co-owners of the house number 5 on the streets of Florencii deceived by more than 8 335 UAH. and so every month. The specified amount of money is the funds that we could spend on:

• restoration of the heat point and fire protection system in the house;
• implementation of the system of signaling technical premises of the lift, shield, heat supply station

State Enterprise "Ukrzhitloservis" from the premises of our house on the 5, Florencii street.
