1. Timely informing of residents, the most important task!

In January 2018, the AJOAH asset on an altruistic basis was made by bulletin boards to inform the inhabitants of our house.

2. Treatment of a typical "sore" of Soviet elevators - the way to preserve the mechanisms of elevator equipment.

On several floors of our house systematically "stick" the old magnetic buttons call lifts. So in January, by order of the AJOAH managed to replace the problem button with a new, Kharkov production, which does not have such shortcomings:

In addition AJOAH ordered another 6 such buttons, which will significantly improve the performance of equipment. 

After replacing the buttons, the walls will be brought to aesthetic appearance, now while the new button looks like this.

3. The rules of using elevators and why rip them off?

We have all been witnesses repeatedly that recently pasted Rules for the use of elevators by someone with "proletarian" hatred zdiravalis. What for? Common sense can not be found in this!

So remembered, cases of jams in our elevators are frequent - this is a fact, and the author of this article also got into this situation. In such cases, the most important thing is not to get lost and act in the right direction. Can help in this background information, it is desirable that it was at hand, not broken or sketched "gentlemen", which we have enough.

Actives 2 entrances, on holidays, in elevators, information signs were strictly attached to the high-quality frames under the glass - the rules for using the "UKRLIFTSERVICE" on duty with the telephone (noted by arrows in the photo below).

Also, our cleaners were washed lifts (walls and ceiling) from stickers and dirt. The request to all residents - to conduct explanatory work with children and adults who stayed in their childhood, maintain order in elevators and common areas.

4. List of good deeds will continue.

Some of these cases are done by residents of our house on their own initiative (with mandatory coordination with the Board) and at their own expense, part of the work requires the costs for materials, equipment and the work of specialized professionals, which requires payment.

In any case, the Board of AJOAH will inform about good deeds that will be embodied in our life with a mandatory monthly (quarterly) detailed report.

We also encourage everyone to be respectful of the work and things that are created for our comfortable life, take care and do not let others destroy what is done in the interests of our society.
