Meeting December 24, 2017 at 14:00

December 24, 2017 was the meeting of the AJOAH "Florencii 5".

Questions were discussed:

1. The results of the reception and transfer of the house AJOAH. The return (compensation) of the lost "Ukrzhitloservis" assets of AJOAH. Correspondence with authorities and other organizations on violations of the interests of the AJOAH. Report of the Chairman of the Board A. Savicheva.
   
2. Based on the results of the survey (by the board and specialists of third-party profile companies), the current status of the heat point, priority measures for keeping the house in a trouble-free condition.
3. Discussion of options "what to do first".
   

Based on the results of the discussion, the AJOAH "Florencii 5" Assembly voted for such events:

1. To organize (management of the AJOAH) by 26.12.2017 accumulation of necessary funds in the trust account of the AJOAH for repair / purchase of the stolen and damaged equipment of the heat point of the AJOAH. The estimated cost of equipment stolen and out of order (heat meter, hot water pump, backup heating pump, drain pump) is about 70 000 UAH.
2. Financing of work on the heat point should be carried out at the expense of one-time target contributions of co-owners, calculated at the rate of 6.0 UAH. for every 1 sq.m. heated area of the apartment.
3. For users of non-residential premises on the ground floor of the 2nd porch of our house, to approve the tariff for the maintenance of the house and the adjacent territory with the use of a coefficient of 2 to the current tariff that is accepted by the general meeting of the AJOAH for each current calendar year.
