Dear co-owners!
In accordance with the requirements of the law on condominiums, a written survey will be conducted among the co-owners of the Association who did not vote at the extraordinary general meeting of the condominium "Florencii 5" (the meeting was held on March 18, 2023 at the address of Kyiv, 5 Florencii st., office 197, entrance near the 2nd entrance of our building).
The decision is made by roll call vote. During the counting of votes, both the votes cast by co-owners during the general meeting and the votes cast during the written survey are taken into account. The decision is drawn up with the personal signature of each person who voted, indicating the result of the vote ("for" or "against").
