Due to the frequent cases of misconduct by Kyivgaz employees, please do not avoid communicating with this category of representatives of the gas supply service provider and provide unimpeded access to the apartment for the inspection of gas networks and installations of the apartment!
In Kyiv, cases of disconnection of gas supply risers in apartment buildings with the form of management of condominiums and housing cooperatives have become more frequent due to the failure to provide access to apartments in order to further unlawfully force the management of condominiums/ housing cooperatives to conclude a general house agreement and transfer responsibility for the maintenance and safety of the gas supply network to condominiums/ housing cooperatives, which is not provided for by law!
