Dear neighbors, apartment owners!

We would like to inform you that on April 2, 2023, the final survey of apartment owners was completed within 15 days after the urgent extraordinary general meeting of Florence 5 condominiums on March 18, 2023.

The general meeting was attended by 27 owners and 202 owners took part in the written survey.

The results of voting on the agenda of the general meeting are as follows:

Question 1. Organizational issues of the meeting.

Antonina Savicheva was elected chairman of the general meeting (ap.146).

Valeriy Ivanovych Dyachkov (ap. 66) was elected secretary of the meeting.

The counting commission was elected in the composition of Vadym Mykhailovych Vyshnevetskyi (ap. 60) and Oleksandr Viktorovych Dronov (ap. 150), and was authorized to count votes on written ballots for co-owners who did not attend the general meeting. The general meeting authorized the management board consisting of Savicheva A.I. (ap.146), Vishnovetsky V.M. (ap. 60), Dronov O.V. (ap. 150), Dyachkov V.I. (ap. 66), Mina Y.V. (ap. 113), Smychenko Y.A. (ap. 58), Orlov I.I. (ap. 122) to conduct a written survey of co-owners.

Question 2. Selection of the type and scope of work for to be implemented in 2023 within the framework of the Kyiv City Co-financing Program reconstruction, restoration, overhaul, technical re-equipment of the common property of apartment buildings, approved by the by the decision of the Kyiv City Council of 22.12.2016 No. 780/1784 "On Approval of the Regulations on co-financing of reconstruction, restoration, and capital repairs, technical re-equipment of common property in apartment buildings of the city of Kyiv" as amended.

Meeting proposal: To select the type of work on the terms of co-financing "overhaul of Elevators" within the framework of the implementation of the decision of the Kyiv City Council of 22.12.2016. No. 780/1784 in the percentage of the expected cost of work according to the a progressive scale of 5%. The estimated total cost of works is UAH 2,131 529.90 UAH, the required amount of co-financing is 106 576.00 UAH, the rest 95% at the expense of the city budget UAH 2,024,943.90.

“in favor” – 229 co-owners, the total area of apartments is 10,017.00 sq.m., which is 81.58%;
“against” – no one.

56 co-owners of condominiums did not participate in the voting.

The decision was made.

Question 3. Method of determining the share of each co-owner of an apartment building in financing the work.

Meeting proposal: To approve that the funds of the co-owners to accumulate the total amount of co-financing,  Within the framework of the implementation of the decision of the Kyiv City Council of 22.12.2016 №780/1784, in the amount of 106,576.00 UAH are distributed as follows as follows:
According to the charter of "Florencii 5" condominium and the Law on condominiums. Contributions per sq. m. of property, which we pay monthly for the maintenance of the building, also include 0.24 UAH for capital repairs of equipment.

“in favor” – 229 co-owners, the total area of apartments is 10,017.00 sq.m., which is 81.58%;
“against” – no one.

56 co-owners of condominiums did not participate in the voting.

The decision was made.

Question 4. The method of accumulation of funds of co-owners of an apartment building for co-financing of works and the procedure for their transfer to the customer.

Meeting proposal: Approve the method of accumulation of funds: funds of co-owners, for accumulation of the total amount of co-financing, as part of the implementation of the decision of the Kyiv City Council of 22.12.2016 №780/1784, have already been accumulated from monthly contributions of co-owners in previous years on the current account of The funds will be transferred to the customer in accordance with the terms of the concluded agreement on the organization of the work by means of cashless transfer of funds to the designated accounts.

“against” – no one.

Question 5. Determination of an authorized person from among the apartment building to enter into an agreement with the Customer, determined in accordance with the established procedure by the Dniprovskyi District State Administration in Kyiv, for the implementation of the project on the organization of work, representation of the interests of the apartment building on issues related to the implementation of work (including when signing acts of completion).

Meeting proposal: To elect an Authorized person from the co-owners of the apartment building at the address: 5 Florencii St., Kyiv, for the implementation of the decision of the Kyiv City Council dated 22.12.2016 №780/1784 and to conclude an agreement with the Customer determined in accordance with the established procedure by the Dniprovskyi District State Administration in State Administration in the city of Kyiv, to approve the project and estimate of works, for control and signing of the acts of work performed Chairman of the Board of Condominiums "Florencii 5" Antonina Savicheva.

“in favor” – 229 co-owners, the total area of apartments is 10,017.00 sq.m., which is 81.58%;
