Dear co-owners!
Association of co-owners of the apartment building "Florencii 5", 02002, Kyiv, str. Florencii, 5, announces the holding of an urgent extraordinary general meeting of co-owners of the building, which will be held on March 18, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. at the address of Kyiv, str. Florencii, 5, office 197 (entrance near the 2nd entrance of our building).
To participate in extraordinary general meetings, co-owners must have an identity document (passport) with them.
For representatives of the co-owner - a document confirming the authority of the representative, drawn up in accordance with the procedure established by the current legislation of Ukraine. For co-owners who received the right of ownership after January 22, 2020, in addition to a passport, you must have an extract from the state register with you.

Dear co-owners!
In accordance with the requirements of the law on condominiums, a written survey will be conducted among the co-owners of the Association who did not vote at the extraordinary general meeting of the condominium "Florencii 5" (the meeting was held on February 18, 2023 at the address of Kyiv, 5 Florencii st., office 197, entrance near the 2nd entrance of our building).
The decision is made by roll call vote. During the counting of votes, both the votes cast by co-owners during the general meeting and the votes cast during the written survey are taken into account. The decision is drawn up with the personal signature of each person who voted, indicating the result of the vote ("for" or "against").

Addition
The list of works that can be carried out in the building through the 30/70 program in the competition of projects for the implementation of energy-efficient measures in residential buildings of the city of Kyiv:
- major repair, reconstruction and technical re-equipment of heating points and installation of new individual heating points;
- major repair and insulation of facades;
- thermal insulation and overhaul of roofs and basement floors;
- replacement of windows with energy-saving ones (the board proposes to carry out these works this year) and doors in public areas;
- capital repair, reconstruction or modernization of internal engineering networks;
- installation of household means of heat energy accounting for heating and/or hot water supply;
- replacement of lighting devices in common areas with energy-efficient ones and/or installation of motion sensors to regulate lighting in common areas;
- reconstruction, technical re-equipment of heating and/or hot water systems using renewable or alternative energy sources;
