The Executive Director and the Board of AJOAH ensured the implementation of the Kyiv city energy saving program 70/30 for us!
We congratulate all the co-owners and residents of our house on the completion of the warming of our house under the 70/30 program. Due to the city of Kyiv, under the AJOAH assistance program, energy-efficient metal-plastic double-glazed doors on each floor of our house were purchased and installed. TODAY 20.11.2019 it became known about the preparation by the representatives of the State Administration of Affairs (DUS) of the President of Ukraine and the subordinate structure "Ukrzhitloservis" in a gangster way to take over the premises of the community!
According to the initiative of the AJOAH and the court’s decision, these premises are under arrest (at the time of the trial) in order to avoid possible alienation (resale) by dealers from the authorities!
The defendants in the court are well aware of the process and the seizure of property – the State Property Management Directorate, Ukrzhitloservis and their lawyers; copies of the relevant court order were sent to all participants in this process!
The AJOAH initiative group asks all co-owners of our house and caring residents to be ready to protect the property interests of the company and, if necessary, legally, counteract the illegal attempts of the DUS to seize our property!
At the same time, we hope for the common sense of the authorities to prevent violent confrontation! History testifies that one should not behave in such a way with society!
