The Board and Executive Director of AJOAH "Florencii 5" wishes all residents of the house a Happy New Year and Merry Christmas!
We wish you all peace, good health, love, prosperity, comfort in homes! Of course we all wish you light, warmth, cleanliness and comfort, moderate wages for the benefits of civilization!
Separately, we wish all of us next year to defend our common property – auxiliary facilities, litigation about which is still ongoing.
Over the past year, it was possible to repair the roof, steps of the first front and house territories, replace 26 emergency exit doors with energy-saving to save heat in our house, replace the most exhausted passenger elevator parts of the second front door, replace some of the basement windows with energy-saving ones and install grilles on them, which also insulate our house. In total, under the state program to support the AJOAH on insulation in 2019, UAH 232,000 was raised for our house from the city budget! Automatic equipment was installed in an individual heat point (IHP), this will save valuable equipment in case of possible emergency outages of water or electricity. A modern fire and burglar alarm system and an alarm for early detection of leaks were installed and put into operation at IHP. The technological room for the round-the-clock maintenance of our house has been repaired and prepared, a responsible specialist for complex cleaning of the house and the adjoining territory has been hired – conditions have been created to ensure order and cleanliness in and around the house.
But not everything planned by the board was done this year, for various reasons, namely, there were not enough funds (debts of co-owners of about 70 000 UAH), two lawsuits also significantly distracted from the best results:
the first – the AJOAH is suing the DUS, the State Enterprise "Ukrzhitloservis", the State Property Fund, the Kyiv City State Administration with woe to the state registrars for our property and the ability to service our house;
the second – individual "benefactors" from among the inhabitants of our house are suing against AJOAH. Instead of helping the board, they are destructive against the community. In fact, they work in favor of raiders from government institutions.
Our cause is just, together we will win and everything will be fine with us!
The board prepares a report on the results of its work, there is something to be proud of even in artificially created, difficult conditions.
