Dear co-owners!

The other day, we all received payment for the "heat" from the monopolist LLC "Euro-reconstruction".

Where do these numbers come from? We answer, since no one "took" the indicators from our heat meter, then from the ceiling. Also, our question was unofficially answered by the supplier. They said that in January 2020 there will be a recalculation based on data from our heat meter.

To pay or not for incomprehensible indicators set forth in the payment? We answer, each of you decides independently.

And what will Mr. Panteleev Petro Oleksandrovych tell us?

So, we are writing a letter of complaint to the supplier and Mr. Panteleev P.O.!
