Dear neighbors, apartment owners!
We inform you that on April 19, 2021, we completed the final survey of apartment owners, within 15 days after the extraordinary general meeting of AJOAH "Florencii 5" building on April 7, 2021.
The Board congratulates all of us on receiving the required number of votes to participate in the co-financing programs "major overhaul of the entrance lobbies of the house" and "overhaul of common areas of the house"!
We express our gratitude to all co-owners for their support and confidence in the initiatives of the board! Together with the attraction of funds from the city, we will make our house modern and energy efficient!
Also thanks to those who criticized the proposed solutions and made their suggestions for home insulation. We will take them into account as much as possible when participating in the following programs.
The originals of the protocols of these programs, on April 20, 2021, were transferred to the Construction Department of the Dniprovskaya District State Administration in the city of Kyiv, which accompanies the programs, for scanning and registering the voting results. Upon return, electronic copies of the protocols will be published on the official website and message boards of condominiums for review.
