Unfortunately, the residents of the neighboring houses were pulling down overall garbage and all kinds of rubbish under our former heating unit! At the end of 2019, the board organized the removal of overall garbage (including from this place, see here). Please note that this is an expensive event that we pay for our funds collected for the maintenance of our house.
And this garbage, we emphasize, is neighbors. Is it fair? Of course not! Any ideas? Let's think together what to do with it?
Some of our residents believe that it is necessary to clean up garbage on the territory of the former heating station at our expense and insists on this, involving the city's institutions to enforce such a "personal decision". Maybe this is correct, only that "some" himself does not pay bills issued by condominiums for the maintenance of the house and the adjacent territory.
