The board is forced to inform each co-owner about the debtors in the payment of contributions for the maintenance of our house and the surrounding area.
We remind you that in each receipt for payment for maintenance of the house and the adjacent territory of the condominium on the back side there is information about the balance on the condominium account at the beginning of the reporting month, received monthly contributions, expenses and the balance at the end of the reporting month.
A separate line below is the amount of debt, which is displayed on a specific date.
The apartment-based extended list of debtors is posted quarterly on the message boards of condominiums. The current list is dated 01.04.2021:
Let us repeat once again, various circumstances forced some of our co-owners to accumulate debts on the accounts of condominiums. However, none of the debtors applied to the board for restructuring or repayment of such debts.
The directors repeatedly called each of the debtors' list, sent SMS messages, left letters in mailboxes, officially informed them through Ukrposhta by registered letters, about the repayment of the debt, and if ignored, there will be an appeal to the court regarding the forced collection of the debt.
At the last extraordinary general meeting on April 7, 2021, the board warned one of the meeting participants, Eduard Savchenko, about the presence of a large debt for his wife's apartment. The debtor's response amazed the meeting participants: "I spent money on courts with condominiums, now I am compensating for my expenses through underpayments in condominiums". There is no common sense in such an answer.
We would like to remind Savchenko and his associates for non-payment of contributions – now your neighbors pay for all debtors: they take out your garbage at their expense, more or less clean up the territory and wash the floor in the house, pay for the elevator service and electricity, maintain and repair networks, etc. ... And you are non-payers – you parasitize at the expense of other decent residents of the house!
This state of affairs cannot always exist, everything comes to an end. Think it might not be too late to pay off debts voluntarily!
