We inform you that on April 1 of this year, the first court session was held on the decision of the fate of our support facilities, brazenly stolen from all of us.
The painstaking, months-long work of the chairman of the board Savicheva AI, the chairman of the auditing commission Koroyed N.M., the whole board of condominiums, the asset of our house and the involved specialized law specialists preceded the suit.
Separately, we note for a small number of residents who are sensitive to the work of AJOAH, all consumables, equipment that was involved in documentary photo-recording, color printing, use of personal transport and fuel, a lot of personal time for correspondence with government agencies and institutions, filing a claim and other documents who will accompany our business, etc. It was carried out by the persons listed above, at its own expense and time free of charge, without attracting community funds. Payment at the expense of the community was carried out only for specialized lawyers, experts, technical specialists and designers.
The defendants in the case are:
1. State Administration of the President of Ukraine;
2. State Property Fund of Ukraine;
3. Department of municipal property of Kyiv Executive body of the Kyiv city council;
4. State Registrar Shiyan Oleksandr Viktorovych;
5. State Registrar Hyba Anna Vladymirivna;
6. State Enterprise "Ukrzhitloservis".
List of respectful institutions and officials ... It's a shame and disgusting!
Our former housing department of the state-owned enterprise Ukrzhitloservis went bankrupt, and it has accumulated many millions of debts. In this connection, due to the possible reimbursement by the State enterprise "Ukrzhitloservice" of losses to creditors, there is a threat to lose our common property.
To prevent this from happening, 04/04/2019, the judge leading our case, seized the premises for which we are suing!
