You may have noticed that since Monday, our managing director of AJOAH Oleksandr Skidan personally took out the tanks with garbage from our two entrances. Forced him to do this pushing to take another barrier, and the banal circumstances - no one else to do it. There is a woman left from the janitors; there are no others, no candidates.
The board was left either to decide at its own expense the remuneration of labor by dragging the tanks, or leave everything as it was before the disaster caused the garbage to rot in our garbage chutes, attracting in the near future very large amounts of residents' funds to eliminate the consequences of such a disaster.
Therefore, urgently (for some board members of OSMD - by telephone) it was decided to immediately brew the garbage pipe tanks to the decision of the General Meeting on the future fate of the garbage pipe operation. The question will stand in the plane of attracting significant additional funds from co-owners to modernize the garbage chutes and the means of unloading garbage or carrying out de-bacterial processing and preservation of garbage chutes.
Taking into account the new norms of DBN (and recommendations of the KSCA), which cancel the operation of refuse chutes in high-rise buildings, as well as the fact that previous decisions of the Board (unanimously “for”) and a significant part of co-owners voted “for” the decommissioning of waste chutes in our house, the general meeting will offer to leave the garbage chutes closed.

For those residents of our house who, due to their state of health, are not able to independently take out the garbage to the tanks on the street, it is proposed to take the help of those who serve such tenants or caring neighbors in case of their ability and understanding.
