The catch phrase "devastation is not in closets, but in the heads" is relevant in our time
We all remember how we repaired all the visors at our expense (see the article Good deeds continue!) of our house, want to see what state they are now?
The visor of the first parade now looks like this:
Part of the sofa, carpet, cans, paint, cigarette butts and other dirt flew from the upper floors to the entrance of the first parade of our house. Fortunately, no one killed or crippled, and thanks for that. We do not comment on the mental capacity of the one who does it.
In addition to this "aesthetics", we have acquired unsanitary conditions, the risks of damage to the roofing layer and, as a result, a fungus with oncology, we also have a fire hazard.
We urge caring residents to join the educational process, to make comments and explanations about what should not be done by those who "did not leave childhood"!
In the spring we arrange cleaning this mess for your account with us. Leave so it is impossible.
We would also like to touch on another topic, placing bulky waste for "free" removal.
Everyone has seen similar "pictures" of our first:
and the second parade:
We want to emphasize that free removal of bulky waste does not exist. Or the owner of this garbage either orders transport and utilization and makes payment at his own expense, or OSMD orders these services at the expense of every inhabitant of our house.
For the second option, we need to agree on such an item of expenditure with the co-owners of our house, so we will submit this question to the General Assembly, because leaving it as it is now is unacceptable!
With respect to all residents,
Thanks for understanding.
