This morning, the heads of the condominium "Florencii 5" called the intercom without warning, introduced themselves as the Vega Telecom contractor and offered to connect the first lucky ones with optical technologies...

Many have been waiting for weeks, some for a month or more, for the installation of the correct Internet, and fortune brought good news to our house first.

But it turned out that the contractor came unprepared, they wanted to run optical lines to the end users in a hurry.

To do this, they offered to run the cables to the apartment along the corridor plinth!

The board did not allow it to be done, they suggested that the "masters"-contractors do it in the normal way, according to the project – 10 cm from the ceiling, the track along the perimeter of the corridor, along the box.

The contractor categorically refused to implement the design decision, referring to the fact that he does not have the appropriate equipment for the diagnosis (search) of hidden electrical networks.

We inform our residents that we will not allow any provider to create a network!

Therefore, the board will provide in the coming days:

1) execution of works on making holes for the "last mile" of the project;

2) sending a letter of demand to the provider regarding the impact on its contractors and the proper performance of the necessary work to connect the residents of our building to the Vega Telecom provider's network.

Please understand the delay in connecting to the above-mentioned provider.
