The board of the AJOAH "Florencii 5" wishes all the residents of the building a happy New Year 2023 and a Merry Christmas!

We wish all of us victory, peace, good health, love, well-being, comfort in homes! Of course, we all wish light, warmth, cleanliness and comfort, moderate payments for the benefits of civilization.

We all wish to survive this winter, to keep warm, so as not to disable the heating system of the house, although it is not modern, but it works.

During the past year, it was planned to launch electronics on the elevators - due to the war with the rf, all city programs have been put on "pause". This problem cannot be solved at the expense of condominiums. We managed to restore the premises of the old heating station - we plan to make a point of invincibility for the residents of the building. The AVR in the switchboard has been restored – the heating works, there is cold and hot water when there is electricity in any input to the house.

The board won 2 court cases – won the legal battle with the State Administration for the Affairs of the President of Ukraine, the State Property Fund of Ukraine, the Kyiv City State Administration of Ukraine, the grief of the state registrars – more than 350 square meters were returned to the ownership of our community. Premises that thieves wanted to steal from the authorities, as well as won the court case of the management of the AJOAH "Florencii 5" condominium with local "fighters" for a better life.

The board is preparing a report based on the results of its work, there is something to be proud of even in the difficult conditions of the rf war against Ukraine.
