Received payments for December 2020 for heating? Have you looked at the heat consumed by our house? So here it is:
We pay attention to 2 indicators:
- "According to the indicators ... 187,44 GCal was used, as of 12/29/2020";
- "tariff 1 341.53 UAN".
According to the indicators of our heat meter for heating on 12/29/2020 we consumed 161,21841 GCal. The difference with the accrued indicators is approximately 26,22 GCal or UAH 35 177.05, and this is only for 32 full days of heating in last days November - December 2020!
Later we will work with the numbers above, to calculate the amount of illegal charges specifically for 1 m2 of your apartment.
Following the results of the last heating season, 19-20 years, we already covered the scheme of lawful deception of consumers of heat by incorrect (unfair) distribution of heat on preparation of hot water and on heating of the house.
We recorded a fraudulent scheme of theft of co-owners, but LLC "EURO-RECONSTRUCTION" on our official request for the correctness of the calculation of heat distribution provided a reference to the state method, which they legally applied to our home heating system.
It is hopeless to sue this state heat distribution scheme, so in the summer of 2020 the board of condominiums with the assistance of Executive Director Oleksandr Fedorovych Skidan restored the operation of an additional certified heat meter (covered on the site earlier, see the link: LLC "Euro-Reconstruction". Heating Plus formula), which takes into account the heat used to heat the house.
From the above, we draw conclusions and inform LLC "EURO-RECONSTRUCTION" that the implemented certified heat metering system in our house gives us the full right to demand fair metering of heat for heating our house, and in case of ignoring our legal requirements for heat metering – file a lawsuit against EURO-RECONSTRUCTION LLC for damages.
In this regard, the Board of condominiums has prepared a letter to LLC "EURO-RECONSTRUCTION" and the Kyiv City State Administration with a request to keep heat for heating in our house on the basis of a certified heat meter and asks each co-owner to support the fight against LLC "EURO-RECONSTRUCTION" above the Company and the State Administration. The chairman of the condominium is organizing the signing of the appeal on the ground floors of the entrances of our house in the evening in the coming days.
We hope for your support and indifference, together we will restore justice and guaranteed to reduce the cost of heating in our payments!
As promised, starting with the disgraced season of 20-21 years, publishing daily data on the placement of heat in our home. Transparency in this matter will prevent the abuse of disorderly installations of low-quality services – for non-compliance with the temperature of thermal energy, its low pressure and freedom, for accounting and calculation on our payments.

Conclusion:
Each of us overpays EURO-RECONSTRUCTION LLC UAH 3.07 for each m2 of your apartment, which is more than 14 percent!
