Probably, each of you drew attention to the fact that the National Flag of Ukraine appeared on the roof of our house.
5 years have passed since January 2016. It was then that the asset of our house rallied, which began the process of creating the Association of co-owners of an apartment building called the Florencii 5 condominium. Later there was a constituent assembly, the election of the board, the audit commission, the transfer of the house to the management of the condominium and a lot of useful things, for you and me, happened over these 5 years ...
We recall with joy and pride the beginning of the difficult path to the development of our cozy house No. 5 on the beautiful street of Florencii, the beloved city of Kyiv, native Ukraine!
Last year, by the own forces of the board of our condominiums, work on the roof of the house was completed. The report on the achievements of our condominiums, for the benefit of its residents in 2020, is being prepared as a separate material, will be published later.
The Board made a high flagpole, and in accordance with the requirements of the legislation on the State Flag of Ukraine, we personally sewed a large flag of Ukraine (2x3 meters), which was raised high into the blue sky above our house!
