The Board of AJOAH "Florencii 5" three times wrote to the management of LLC "Euro-Reconstruction" and the Kyiv City State Administration (KCSA) with a request to recalculate the cost of heating for the heating season 2019-2020 for residents of the house № 5 on the street Florencii.
The winter of 2019-2020 was warmer than the winter of 2018-2019, but the amounts in the payments of LLC "Euro-Reconstruction" in 2020 for heating became larger.
We saw that the KCSA allowed the heat supplier Euro-Reconstruction LLC to make calculations for heating according to the Gcal distribution formulas for heating and hot water preparation, which are not in favor of consumers, ie a significant part of heat costs for hot water preparation was transferred to heating costs. Monopolists do what they want and the government unfortunately silently supports them.
To protect the interests of residents from unfair but legal "heating billing formulas", the Board of AJOAH "Florencii 5" is working to install a separate heat meter for heating in our heating station, which will allow to pay a fair price for actually used heat for heating.
Unfortunately, the residents will have to pay the deferred payments for heating for the 2019-2020 season to the heat supplier Euro-Reconstruction LLC in full, because there will be no recalculation.
The authorities did not support the people, they allow businessmen from Euro-Reconstruction LLC to fool and make money.
