Dear residents!
The russian federation purposefully continues to launch missile strikes on the critical infrastructure of Ukraine and Kyiv, the Russian Federation continues to destroy energy generating companies, thermal power plants, etc. The mass media bring to us the request of the leadership of Ukraine regarding the personal saving of electricity, first of all, during the peak hours of loads on the power grid, i.e. from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM, to observe light masking. Our condominium also received a letter from the KMDA regarding measures to save electricity consumption, so we react as a condominium.
Based on this, the board of the condominium decided to temporarily (until the restoration of generating capacity from electricity in sufficient volume and the disappearance of threats of airstrikes) turn off the external lighting of the house and the lighting of the emergency exit. We also appeal to every resident of our building to understand the restrictions introduced by the condominium, if necessary, use lanterns or light from your mobile phone.

The providers present in our house "entered" our house during the existence of ZHEK and have all the signs of chaos – aerial "throws" of trunk networks from other nearby buildings (destroy the roof, and are also prohibited for use in Kyiv), tangles of ethernet-cables in basements (together with sewer pipes, water supply and heating networks – all this worsens the characteristics of the Internet connection, and repair and emergency work of house networks – one hundred percent will damage the adjacent cables of grief providers). Let's not talk about the floor panels – the channels are completely clogged with cables, many of them are no longer used.
