Dear residents!
What was managed to be organized and done within the budget for October of the current year:
1. Preparatory measures for the heating season:
a) the heating batteries in the hall of the 1st entrance were changed:
Note: The appearance of the premises in the photo below is pre-renovation.
b) the heating batteries in the hall of the 2nd entrance were changed:
c) 12 taps of the heating circuit were changed;
d) two direct-action automatic air vents with a non-return valve for the heating circuit are installed - one each for the 1st and 2nd entrance;
e) adjusted 40 metal-plastic doors in common areas in entrances 1 and 2;
2. Works in public premises and on the premises:
a) access to all floor technical premises of the 2nd entrance and part of the 1st entrance of the building has been restored (work is in progress):
Copies of keys from working locks were made, 14 locks were purchased, 10 new locks were dismantled and installed in technical premises. Works are ongoing. Instructions on using technical premises and gaining access to them have been prepared.
b) The engineering and installation works of the Vega Telecom contractor were accompanied - in accordance with the design decision, the installation of the operator's panels was carried out in the technical premises of the first floors of the 1st and 2nd entrances. Due to the many hours of power outages, work on the construction of the SCS is ongoing.
3. Emergency and unplanned works:
a) the project solution for entering our building through the communication sewer of the new provider Vega Telecom and fiber optic branching through the floor technical premises of the 1st and 2nd entrances was agreed upon. The design decision was approved and the contract with the provider was concluded. Works are ongoing.
