On September 1, 2022, our executive director of the condominium Teslenko, Serhii Ivanovych, resigned at his own request – the company where he previously worked restored his ability to work, and Serhiy Ivanovich returned to his previous place of work.
We thank Serhiy Ivanovich for 2 months of fruitful work for the benefit of our condominium, we regret that we could not work together for a longer period.

Dear residents!
By decision of the Management Board of the "Florencii 5" condominium, the application for resignation of the executive director of our condominium, Golub Volodymyr Volodymyrovych, was accepted and considered. The executive director did a lot of useful things for all of us – he directly participated in the uprooting of old stumps and trees, the installation of fences, curbs, and other works to beautify the surrounding area.
The Board heard Golub V.V. regarding his application for dismissal, the circumstances that forced him to resign from the responsible part of the condominium's work were treated with understanding. The application for dismissal was approved by the board. Once again, we thank Golub Volodymyr Volodymyrovych for his fruitful cooperation in the development of the "Florencii 5" condominium.
