On Saturday 11.07.2020, residents of the 1st floor of the 2nd entrance paid attention to the sound of water, did not disappear for some time and the chairman of the AJOAH informed about this.
Immediately, the executive director of AJOAH "Florencii 5" Skydan O.F., members of the board and co-owner of the apartment, who was the first to find signs of an accident, reviewed all the risers of the house, engineering and basement. According to the results of emergency actions, a leak of hot water from a common inlet pipe in technical room was discovered.
