Dear co-owners!

In the last years of the AJOAH "Florencii 5" existence, the residents of the house have seen more than once the results of vandalism of hitherto uncaught villains - broken windows, broken doors, mailboxes, torn directories, advertisements, etc. Materials about such cases were prepared and posted on this site and on the bulletin boards of condominiums.

There are assumptions about who does it in our house, explanatory work was carried out with parents and the most possible participants in the unfortunate events. There was hope for growing up and gaining the minds of teenagers. Unfortunately, growing up is very slow ...

Two events of recent weeks have upset many, teenagers stole children's scooters in front of the owner, the glass on the entrance group of the first front door was broken for the fifth time:

In order to prevent further damage/theft of common and personal property of the occupants of the house, the Chairman of the Board of AJOAH "Florencii 5" received written appeals from the co-owners of the house on the urgent installation of video recording.

Together with active co-owners of condominiums, an option of implementing a video recording system for the 1st and 2nd front entrance groups, as well as other locations of surveillance cameras around the house with minimal costs for condominiums to operate such a system.

We inform all residents of the house and ask the indifferent co-owners of the condominium "Florencii 5" to provide written proposals to support the above initiatives to be taken into account in the decision to install a video surveillance system.

Separately, in order to preserve the confidentiality of privacy, access to video surveillance materials will be provided only to the co-owner on the application, which must indicate the reasons, date and time of recording, the board of condominiums (in case of misconduct/damage to common property), on legal grounds for other cases (law enforcement agencies, etc.) with the fact of issuing videos in the relevant journal.
