The providers present in our house "entered" our house during the existence of ZHEK and have all the signs of chaos – aerial "throws" of trunk networks from other nearby buildings (destroy the roof, and are also prohibited for use in Kyiv), tangles of ethernet-cables in basements (together with sewer pipes, water supply and heating networks – all this worsens the characteristics of the Internet connection, and repair and emergency work of house networks – one hundred percent will damage the adjacent cables of grief providers). Let's not talk about the floor panels – the channels are completely clogged with cables, many of them are no longer used.
It's time to gradually put this in order!

During the processing of the proposals, agreements were reached on free mainline Internet according to project standards using "blind optics" - gigabit Internet, not tied to the power supply of the house - especially important for those who work in remote mode, a power outage does not turn off the Internet.
But! They agreed to build a new SCS in the right way. First, we prepare project documentation at the expense of the provider and with the involvement of specialists from among the residents of the building. Secondly, there are no air "drops" - we make the supply of the main line exclusively through the cable well. The third is the branching of the main line in the standing technical premises of entrances 1 and 2 with a box or pipes with a cross section of 100 mm. The fourth is branching on the floor - a box along the perimeter at the corner with the ceiling.
This will make it possible to put order in the cable networks of the house, and gradually force other providers in our house to rework their "jams". Make a good appearance on your floors and create prerequisites for carrying out repair work.
We ask the owners/residents to implement the decision:
1) by October 18, 2022, find and provide the keys to the upper technical premises of the building to the Chairman of the board of the condominium. If the keys are lost, you will have to open the locked door of the technical room, which is an additional expense of the condominium;
2) organize by floor regarding the purchase of a box for surface mounting, since the condominium estimate does not provide for the mentioned expenses (40 linear meters, minimum 30 by 60 mm in cross-section), the installation work will be done by contractors. This will allow you to hide the existing "hanging" cables and lay the optical cable of the new provider in any apartment on your floor. It is possible not to do this, but in this case it is not advisable to carry out repair work on such a floor.
