Dear residents!
Following repairs to the heat supply system at our individual heating station, including the repair of a burst pipe at the city's expense (free of charge to our community), the 2025-2026 heating season has begun.
To understand, the start of heating is a complex, sequential, and lengthy process of removing air from the components of the building's heating system. As a rule, the building will be heated within a week.
In each apartment, the heating system operates through risers that run vertically through the rooms of the building. Therefore, if your radiators are still cold after 2-3 days, please report this here or through the official information channels.

Dear co-owners of the AJOAH "Florencii 5"
The Law of Ukraine No. 3270-IX dated 14 July 2023 "On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine Regarding Simplification of Management of Multi-Apartment Buildings" amended the Law of Ukraine "On Associations of Co-Owners of Multi-Apartment Buildings" and, in accordance with Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "On Associations of Co-owners of Multi-apartment Buildings," Order No. 1048 of 18 November 2023 of the Ministry of Community Development, Territories and Infrastructure of Ukraine, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, amendments were approved to the Model Statute of Associations of Co-owners of Multi-apartment Buildings, which provide for the procedure for convening and holding general meetings of the association using e-mail, other technical means of electronic communication, electronic digital signatures, etc.
Under Law of Ukraine No. 3270-IX of 14 July 2023, associations whose statutes were approved before this Law came into force are obliged to bring such statutes into line with this Law within three years from the date of termination or cancellation of martial law in Ukraine.
However, the need to amend the Articles of Association of our Association is urgent, since some of our co-owners do not currently reside in the building and are located outside Kyiv and Ukraine, which makes it difficult to convene and hold general meetings in compliance with the requirements of the law, the Articles of Association and the rights of the co-owners of our building. Therefore, the board proposes a draft of the new version of our Association's Charter for review and submission of proposals.

Dear residents!
We would like to inform you that today, during the scheduled power supply to our building, one of the three input phases was overloaded, causing the 250A input fuse to blow.
The problem was quickly diagnosed, a spare fuse was available, and it will be replaced with a new one during the next scheduled power cut.
This work cannot be done while the load is active, so the work was slightly delayed until the scheduled power cut! We ask for your understanding in such situations.
We ask all residents, in the event of a power outage, to turn off any appliances that were running while the power was on, as turning the power back on creates an excessive load, which can lead to such results.

Dear residents!
Today, 18 November 2025, the district administration organised, on the second attempt, the restoration of heat supply to our building by Euro-Reconstruction LLC.
The heat supply and testing of the heating network will take place on 19 November 2025. If successful, our building will switch to heating mode and hot water supply will be launched.
