We hereby announce that on 20 December 2025 at 14:00 at the address: Kyiv, 5 Florentsii Street (in room No. 197), a General Meeting of the Florentsii 5 Housing Cooperative will be held.
The meeting will be held in accordance with the Charter of the Florence 5 Housing Cooperative, Law of Ukraine No. 417 of 1 July 2015 "On the Specifics of Exercising Property Rights in Multi-Apartment Buildings" and the decision of the board of the Florence 5 Housing Cooperative, consisting of: Vadym Vyshnovetskyi, Oleksandr Dronov, Valerii D'yachkov, Yanina Mina, Ihor Orlov, Antonina Savicheva, Yurii Smychenko.
Draft agenda of the general meeting of co-owners:
1. Organisational issues related to the meeting.
2. Report of the board of the Florence 5 Housing Cooperative for 2022, 2023, and 2024 on financial and economic activities for the period from 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2024 and the results of the auditor's review of the Housing Cooperative's activities.
3. Approval of the estimate and amount of co-owners' contributions for the maintenance of building No. 5 on Florencii Street and the adjacent territory of the Florencii 5 AJOAH.
4. Election of the board.
5. Election of the Audit Commission.
6. Use of common property.
7. Approval of the new charter of the Florencii 5 AJOAH.
Проєкт порядку денного загальних зборів співвласників:
1. Організаційні питання проведення зборів.
2. Звіт правління ОСББ "Флоренції 5" за 2022, 2023, 2024 рік фінансово-господарської діяльності в період з 01.01.2022 року по 31.12.2024 роках та результати перевірки діяльності ОСББ ревізором.
3. Затвердження кошторису та розміру внесків співвласників на утримання будинку № 5 по вул. Флоренції та прибудинкової території ОСББ "Флоренції 5".

Також правління до 18 грудня 2025 року приймає для підготовки проєктів листків голосування додаткові питання порядку денного зборів та кандидатури співвласників будинку, що бажають обратись та працювати у правлінні та ревізійній комісії ОСББ.
