Dear neighbors!

Various circumstances have forced some of our neighbors to accumulate debts to AJOAH, i.e. co-owners, for contributions to the maintenance of the house and adjacent territory of AJOAH.

It will be recalled that the monthly payments of AJOAH are mandatory for all co-owners of the house.

At the general meeting of AJOAH on March 7, 2020 from the co-owner of our house Plotnyts`ka Nataliya Oleksandrivna received a proposal to combat debtors by filing lawsuits against the most malicious defaulters and mentioned her experience of similar work in other AJOAH, which gave a positive result.

Taking into account the accumulation of unpaid contributions and debts of co-owners, which amounted to more than 90,000 UAH since the beginning of 2021, the Board of AJOAH took into account the appropriate proposal of Nataliya Oleksandrivna and decided to protect the rights of AJOAH in court. This work gave a definite result:

According to this decision, the family of Tatiana and Eduard paid all debts for AJOAH, court fees, services of a lawyer for AJOAH and inflation costs. The litigation lasted for more than six months, but the AJOAH defended their rights and forced the defaulters to repay the debt in full.

According to this decision, Dmytro is expected to pay all debts for AJOAH, court fees, AJOAH lawyer services and inflation costs. Ignoring the court decision will add to the significant amount of debt and additional amounts for the work of state executors to collect the debt. We hope that the debtor will understand the inexpediency of delaying the repayment of the debt. The litigation lasted almost a year.

Work in this direction continues, so we ask each defaulter not to bring the situation to court, the amount of payment increases significantly, so pay the debt on time.

We also appeal to those who arbitrarily set the amount of mandatory contributions of AJOAH, usually to a lesser extent. Thus, only the debt accumulates, which sooner or later will lead to unpleasant consequences. The Board proposes not to follow provocative slogans and destructive advice from neighbors dissatisfied with the work of AJOAH, as it undermines payment discipline in the association of co-owners and leads to violations of the Statute. All contributions are for the benefit of our home, monthly reporting and open information on the movement of funds is available to every resident of the house for control, even anonymously on our website!

In the court case on the return of auxiliary premises of AJOAH, which tried to steal from us State Administration of Affairs, State Property Fund, Kyiv City State Administration, SE "UKRZHTLOSERVICE", which was accompanied by lawyers and the board of AJOAH during 2019 – 2021, decisions were made in favor of the co-owner. The court decision has already entered into force on November 8, 2021. Justice is! Thanks to everyone involved in the most important decisions for all of us!
