Dear co-owners!
Pursuant to the decision of the general meeting of condominiums "Florencii 5" dated 10.08.2022, paragraph 9, regarding the phased introduction of a video recording system at the entrance groups of the condominium building, the management board has developed a corresponding decision.
The following steps were taken in this direction:
1) At the expense of the VegaTelecom provider and with the support of the management board, an optical Internet channel was installed in our building to the place where the active network equipment of the condominium is connected. The work was completed in full.
2) The Management Board has assembled a temporary solution on its own (until the purchase of server equipment at the expense of the condominium, now we use it for free) based on Proliant server equipment, the estimated cost of the equipment is UAH 39,000.
3) A 5-cat ethernet network cable for outdoor use (UV protection), 305 meters, was purchased, enough to connect two cameras to the network equipment of the condominium.

The equipment to be purchased will provide an increase in the number of cameras - up to 7 pcs. To further increase the number of cameras, if necessary, it will be necessary to upgrade the PoE hub (3rd position in the table).
Given the lack of funds for the above equipment, and the fact that most of the total cost of the solution is already available, as well as the fact that the Board will deploy and set up a video recording system for 2 front doors of our building on its own (free of charge for all co-owners), the Board initiates a one-time targeted non-cash fundraising in proportion to the total area of the apartment - at the rate of UAH 5 per square meter.
The amount planned to be raised in this way will be approximately UAH 61,370.75, which will allow completing the implementation of video recording, and the remaining funds will be used to purchase a reinforced ladder for further maintenance of video cameras, cutting tree branches and other needs of the condominium.
The Management Board of the condominium will report to the co-owners on the progress of collection and use of the earmarked funds.
The specified target payment will be issued as a separate payment for each apartment, please pay on time and in full for our safety!
We also appeal to the TENANTS, please inform the owners of the apartments about the need to pay targeted contributions!
