The AJOAH Board appealed to Skidan Oleksandr Fedorovych, the Executive Director of the AJOAH "Florencii 5", about complaints from residents of our house about inadequate heating. Another illustrative example in comparison, house number 9 (AJOAH "Florencii 9") for the period from October 25 to October 31 received bills for heating at UAH 0.93 per m2, it was warm in the street at the end of October and the automatic heating station reduced the heat supply from the CHP plant, as a result, the payment became "less".
House number 5 (AJOAH "Florencii 5") for the same period from October 25 to October 31 received bills for heating at 3 UAH per m2, automation has not yet been installed.
Now, when it’s cold outside, the automatics do not save on the heat supply from the CHP, because there is nothing to save, the CHP provides a lower temperature than what is provided for by the norms.
Please take into account the information provided and use it to protect the rights of each resident owner if the temperature in the apartment falls below the sanitary norms of +18°C.
Call the inspector "Euro-Reconstruction", draw up the Act of non-conformity of heating services, which will allow recalculation in the receipt for heating and demand to bring the supply of hot water from the CHP in accordance with the temperature schedule approved by Deputy Mayor Panteleev P.O.
