Draft budget for 2019 for the maintenance of our house!

In accordance with the requirements of paragraph 3.14 of the condominium of the condominium of Florencii 5, the condominium board has prepared for consideration by all co-owners at a general meeting an estimate of the planned expenses for the maintenance of our house for 2019. At the meeting, we propose to first consider the calculated obligatory contributions in the amount of 6.90 UAH. per 1 m² of the total area of ​​the apartment and 6.20 UAH. for 1 m² for residents of the first floor.

It is advisable to discuss with co-owners the possibility of raising the tariff for accumulating funds in the condominium fund for financing the condominiums participation in urban competitions and programs on energy efficiency in homes. A city can pay up to 70% of its expenses from its budget, provided that 30% of the AJOAH is paid for with the funds.

It would be advisable to accumulate funds into the condominium fund in order to be able to participate in contests and receive funding from the budget of the city of Kyiv.

According to the program "70 by 30" in 2019, with the funds of the city, 26 pieces will be replaced. old doors on all floors in the corridors at the stairs to the new energy-saving doors worth 232 895 UAH.
