on holding the General Meeting of AJOAH "Florencii 5"

Dear co-owners, we inform you that February 23, 2019 at 15:00 at the address. Kyiv, st. Florencii, 5, (in the heat point), a general meeting of AJOAH "Florencii 5"

The meeting will be held in accordance with the Charter of AJOAH "Florencii 5", the Law of Ukraine of 01.07.2015, No. 417 "On the peculiarities of the exercise of the right of ownership in an apartment house" and by the decision of the Board of AJOAH "Florencii 5" consisting of:

Vishnovetsky Vadim; Dronov Oleksandr; Dyachkov Valery; Mina Yanina; Orlov Igor; Savicheva Antonina; Smichenko Yury.

Draft agenda of the general meeting of co-owners:

1. Organizational issues of the meeting.
2. The report of the Board of the AJOAH "Florencii 5" for 12 months of financial and economic activity in the period from December 1, 2017 to December 31, 2017 and the results of the audit of the condominium by the revision committee.
3. Approval of the annual estimates AJOAH "Florencii 5" and the size of the obligatory contributions of co-owners for the maintenance of the house number 5 on the street. Florencii and local area for the next 12 months.
4. Approval of the decision to take part of our AJOAH in the competition of projects for the implementation of energy-efficient measures in residential buildings in Kyiv, funded by the program 70% (city funds) and 30% (AJOAH funds) and participation in other city programs for financing the condominium.
