All of us, the inhabitants of our house, sooner or later we plan to carry out substantial repairs in our apartment, change the radiators, insulate the walls, install additional doors in common areas, etc.
In order to avoid misunderstandings, waste of extra time, building materials, equipment and facilities, we ask you to coordinate with the representatives of the co-owners of our house (Board of AJOAH) such works that may affect the supporting structures or engineering networks of the building (heating, ventilation, electricity networks and other communications), as well as the fire safety of an apartment or house in general.
In such cases, we ask in writing (through the AJOAH box on the first floors of the entrances), preferably additionally through our website (the Board is automatically informed online about the appeal, via this link) at least two weeks before the work begins the list and time of such works for coordination.
If necessary (determined by AJOAH), the initiator of the work will be informed about what to pay attention to during the work. Connection to networks and communications (in the event of their disconnection for the duration of the work) will be carried out after inspection of the work results in order to avoid emergencies and not deterioration of the operational characteristics of the building, including the characteristics of common networks and communications.
We kindly ask you to treat such requests of condominiums in order to preserve the common property of the co-owners, as well as not worsening the living conditions of all residents of our house.
