on holding an extraordinary general meeting of condominiums "Florencii 5"

Dear co-owners!

We live in a wonderful place, the best house, today's photo in the ad is impressive! We want to put things in order in public places – insulate the house, make a modern and beautiful look with the involvement of the city.

Association of co-owners of the apartment building "Florencii 5", 02002, Kyiv, st. Florencii, 5, informs about an extraordinary general meeting of co-owners of the house, which will be held on April 7, 2021 at 19:00 at the address Kyiv, st. Florencii, 5 (on the street, about 2 of our front door).

To participate in an extraordinary general meeting, co-owners must have an identity document (passport) with them.

For representatives of the co-owner - a document confirming the authority of the representative, drawn up in the manner prescribed by the current legislation of Ukraine. For co-owners who received ownership after 01/22/2020, in addition to a passport, you must have an extract from the state register with you.

Issues on the agenda of the extraordinary general meeting of the condominium "Florencii 5", Ukrainian:

1. Обрання виду та обсягу робіт для реалізації у 2021 році в рамках Київської міської програми співфінансування реконструкції, реставрації, проведення капітальних ремонтів, технічного переоснащення спільного майна багатоквартирних будинків, затвердженої рішенням Київської міської ради від 22.12.2016 р. № 780/1784 “Про затвердження Положення про співфінансування реконструкції, реставрації, проведення капітальних ремонтів, технічного переоснащення спільного майна у багатоквартирних будинках міста Києва” зі змінами.
2. Спосіб визначення частки кожного співвласника багатоквартирного будинку у фінансуванні робіт.
3. Спосіб накопичення коштів співвласників багатоквартирного будинку для співфінансування робіт та порядок їх передачі замовнику робіт.
4. Визначення уповноваженої особи з числа багатоквартирного будинку на укладення договору з Замовником, визначеним у встановленому порядку Дніпровською районною в місті Києві державної адміністрації, для реалізації проекту про організацію здійснення робіт, представлення інтересів багатоквартирного будинку щодо питань, пов’язаних із здійсненням робіт
   (у т.ч. при підписанні актів виконаних робіт).

Ст. 6 У загальних зборах мають право брати участь усі співвласники. Інтереси співвласника, який особисто не бере участі в зборах, може представляти його представник, який у такому разі має право голосувати від імені такого співвласника. Повноваження представника мають бути підтверджені нотаріально посвідченою довіреністю або довіреністю, посвідченою Головою Правління Об’єднання.
