Dear residents!

The Institute of Executive Directors in our condominium showed the ineffectiveness of its existence. At least nowadays.

The board gradually came to the conclusion that if you want to do it well, in an acceptable time frame and not expensively, do it yourself!

On this occasion, a separate meeting of the board was held and it was decided to organize the work of the condominium without the involvement of the executive director.

Historically, the members of the board have certain experience in various fields and each managed to achieve success in their field - some in conducting tender procedures and construction standards, some in the repair and construction field, some in information technologies and related fields. Each complements each other.

So, for the effective organization of the work of the condominium, the board members have enough expertise both to set the task and to accept the results of its implementation. For this, it is necessary to allocate more personal time to the board members. During the war, time became more for many of us.

What was managed to be organized and done within the framework of our funding for the month of August-September of the current year:

1. Preparatory measures for the heating season:

a) 35 faucets of the heating circuit were changed;

b) 2 air drain valves of the heating system are installed;

c) replaced the jammed fittings of the central inlet water pipe of the cold water supply of the house:

d) the heating and hot water supply system of the house was repaired, the characteristics of the capacity of the heating circuit were improved:

e) checked and repaired (according to the results of detected breakdowns) the power supply system of the building and the electrical panel of the 1st and 2nd entrances of our building.

f) after the theft, 10 handles were restored (new ones were installed) on the metal-plastic doors of the spare exit of the 1st main entrance:

2. Works in public premises and on the adjacent territory:

a) work in the hall of the 1st and 2nd entrances – the difference in floor levels has been smoothed;

b) the metal-plastic doors of the 1st main hall have been fixed:

c) lighting of the surrounding area around the perimeter of the house, lighting of the parking lot using a twilight relay:

d) testing of separate garbage collection:

3. Emergency and unscheduled works:

a) repair of sewage and central (main) water supply in the rooms of premises No. 197:
