During the planned inspection of the infrastructure premises, our ITP revealed damage to the pressure pump control unit. These pumps are responsible for the supply pressure of cold water and water that is prepared as hot.
The specified automation unit is switched to manual mode. The pressure is normalized, cold and hot water is supplied within acceptable limits.
Quality of hot water supply.
There are complaints from some residents of the house about the quality of "hot" water. The Board informs that the temperature of the heat carrier from the CHP (LLC "EURO-RECONSTRUCTION") does not rise above 50 degrees, which is much lower than the standards, so you can complain to the provider of relevant services. However, we would like to remind the complainants that Ukraine is currently at war and that there are force majeure...
Regarding the restoration of automation.
The service company Balanchuk LLC has been informed about the manual mode of operation of water pressure pump automation. Preliminary diagnostics will be done by the board, the results will be an understanding of the complexity and cost of eliminating the cause or repair of the automation unit. There will be further information.
