The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine by Resolution No. 373 of April 17, 2019 approved the Procedure for the provision of benefits for the payment of housing and communal services in cash.
In order to receive benefits for contributions to condominiums in cash (in cash to your bank account), you need to submit to the department of labor and social protection of the population "Application for payment of benefits in cash".
In case of failure to submit such an application, the amount of benefits due to you will be transferred to the account of the Minsotspolitiki in Oschadbank and indisputably charged from it by suppliers of heat, electric energy, natural gas, hot and cold water without notice.
Please note that in the event of late payment of contributions to the condominiums, as well as payments to utilities, the social security department will deprive debtors of the right to receive benefits in cash!
